Have you ever wondered why sleep is so important?  Do you get enough sleep?  How much sleep do you actually need?  For me, sleep is my way to shut down and rest my mind as well as regenerate my body.  I love to sleep and just relax my mind and ponder the day via sleeping.

Do you know the significance of getting adequate in relation to weight loss?  Adequate sleep is so important for me in relation to how my body uses the insulin the I have to inject.
