After Weight Loss Surgery, Happines is Not Automatic

After Weight Loss Surgery, Happines Is Not Automatic

I have found that 90% of people believe that weight loss surgery is a quick and easy method of losing weight.  However, this is far from the actual truth because it takes consistent and daily work to achieve and maintain weight loss.

I have even been told that I took the easy way out and that sooooo pissed me off.  It takes mental stamina to hear those type of remarks and move pass them.  I now know why it is required to get a psychological evaluation prior to getting approved for the surgery in my case.

Don’t let anyone make you feel like you are “cheating” because you and I know that it takes a 100 percent self resolution to control your health destiny.  Rock it and know that you are making decisions about YOUR health and life and that is YOUR choice.
