Goals Can Be Achieved

“A goal is a dream with a deadline.”  Goal setting is an intrinsic part of your bariatric or healthy living journey and consistently setting goals will turn those “dreams” of a healthier, happier you into reality.  Your goals should be unique to you, and be a healthy mix of both short term, as well as long term goals to keep you energized and excited.

Every month think of a new goal that is attainable, no matter how small, to inspire you.  Goals should be specific, have a timeline nd be realistic.  Know that you are wonderful and every step is forward and matters.  Continue to hug and love yourself.
