Learn to Love Your Scale

Prior to my weight loss surgery, the scale was not something I NEVER wanted to step on.  It was too painful to look at the numbers and knowing what they represented.

Now post surgery, I look forward to seeing what the numbers are and it also reminds me to focus on eating correctly and healthy.  It puts those numbers in the forefront and that helps me to remain conscience of what I am eating, the need to exercise and drink water daily.
