  1. Hi there! I had the sleeve done. What exercises do you know of to help with the loose skin around the lower abd (& muffin top) & the loose skin on the back of the arms with the bra overhang area? Much appreciated.
    Mm.

    1. There are many exercises that help tightening up the skin. But there are some factors you must consider i.e., your age and how much weight you have lost. There is only so much you can do to tighten and sculpt your body into what you want. I am ten years out and still have excess skin to deal with. I was 22 years old when I hade my surgery done and the younger the better the chances of less loose skin and more elasticity. Do what you can and check out @barigirlz or @bari_dynamic_duo on Instagram for exercise ideas and tips.
