Protein Balls

1 cup of oats
½ cup of honey
¾ cup of sunflower butter
Coconut flakes (optional)

Mix together all ingredients thoroughly into small balls. Roll in coconut for an extra layer of flavor. Refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy.
