Protein Balls

1 cup of oats
½ cup of honey
¾ cup of sunflower butter
Coconut flakes (optional)

Mix together all ingredients thoroughly into small balls. Roll in coconut for an extra layer of flavor. Refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy.

  1. Thanks for this recipe. What type of oats though? Instant or old-fashioned? And, are there any good alternatives to coconut? I know its used a lot, but its one of those ingredients I have never liked. Thanks!!

    1. Instant oats and the alternative to coconuts is quinoa flakes, corn flakes or even crushed Cheerios. Thank you for reaching out.
